This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Viva Billing Software issues refunds for paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms described below.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to Info@vivagst.com or through our website contact form, along with your registered account details and reason for the request. Requests made through any other channel may not be processed.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing timelines. We'll notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, charges already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable; changes will apply from the next billing cycle. Any applicable proration will be communicated at the time of the change.

Viva Billing Software is a billing and compliance tool; it does not constitute tax or legal advice. Refunds relate solely to your software subscription and do not extend to GST, tax filings, or any statutory obligations arising from your use of the platform.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
